Yes.

Based on the video, the employees were demotivated by headphone issues, employees have legitimate reason such as lack of hygiene on the shared ear set as well as ear set that has electricity leakage that shock the employee occasionally. The employee are then further demotivated by employer by indirect threat of possibility of losing their job.
