  • Self-awareness - A leader understand  his inner and outer qualities and relate them to leadership
  • Internalized Moral Perspective - A leader does the right things and follow the ethics
  • Balanced Processing - A leader understand the bias, let follower free to speak and be open and fair.
  • Relational Transparency - A leader is genuine, no drama, no hidden agenda and communicate and act honestly

  1. Howard Schultz - He enforced insurance on all employee after learn that his father's company do not take responsibility on accident at work.
  2. Oprah Winfrey - She came from abusive family and she built a foundation for abused female when she became successful.
  3. Nelson Mandela - He was imprisoned due to apartheid but when he was released he did not pay revenge.
